Participants should fly into Phoenix and will be staying at the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn near Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC). Bus transportation will be provided from the hotels to EMCC and back. To make reservations, call the Hampton Inn at 623-536-1313. Specify that you are attending the Estrella Mountain Symposium. When the Hampton sells out, you will be referred to the Holiday Inn Express located about 7 blocks away. The EMCC block of rooms will be released on April 13. After that, rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed. Both hotels feature a complimentary continental breakfast, an outdoor heated pool and a spa.

The hotels are located 22 miles west of the Phoenix airport. Taxi is $26. The Super Shuttle is $21 for the first person and $7 for each additional when you specify that you are traveling together. Reservations are not needed from the airport; for your return from the hotel to the airport, call 24 hours ahead to reserve at 800-258-3826 or 602-244-9000.
