- Be a U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen.
- Have a high school diploma, GED or pass a test approved by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Be enrolled as a regular student working toward a degree or certificate in an eligible program that Estrella Mountain Community College offers.
- Have a valid Social Security Number.
- Be registered with Selective Service if you are a male between the ages of 18 and 25, and were born after December 31, 1959.
- Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
