Planning at Estrella Mountain Estrella Mountain maintains a college long term plan, a Strategic Plan and operational/divisional plans. All plans are updated continuously and formally reviewed at least once a year.Below you will find three documents related to our Strategic Planning Process. The first document is a Strategic Plan Graphic Model that illustrates the Estrella Mountain planning process and plan time frames. The second file is a one-page document that includes Estrella Mountain's five Strategic Directions and fifteen Institutional Priorities (this document is often referred to as our One-Page Strategic Plan).
