Frederick Maihofer, MBA

Fred has been a faculty member in the Occupational Education Division since 1998.  The Division offers career training in the following areas:

• Administration of Justice Studies

• Culinary Studies

• Hotel/Restaurant Management

• Organizational Leadership

• Small Business Management

• Southwest Skill Center

• Total Quality Management

• Teacher Education  

Fred's teaching disciplines are in the areas of university business core transfer courses (ACC, GBS), Hotel Rooms Division training (HRM), and Small Business  (SBS); he also specializes in student advisement for university-bound business students.
