Different students need different programs.


Academic Students go to college immediately after high school, complete a bachelor's degree, obtain a trainee job, and are promoted into management within a few years.

Academic Programs emphasize English, humanities, science, sociology and history because it takes time for Academic Students to develop serious career goals.

Academic Students transfer to a public university a compete for admission into 'professional' programs during their sophomore year. The ABUS degree is accepted at all public Arizona Universities.

Professional business programs teach beginning and advanced management skills during a student's junior and senior years to complete a baccalaureate degree and prepare graduates for an entry-level management job.

Management Students go to work immediately after high school, earn a good reputation and are promoted into management within a few years.

Management Programs emphasize business communication, leadership and managment because those skills make it possible for Management Students to move up.

Management Students transfer to a private or public university 'Capstone Program' upon completion of their AAS Degree. Most universities now offer this type program. Most accept AAS Degree graduates as a "True Junior."

Capstone programs teach advanced management skills and academics during the junior and senior years to complete a baccalaureate degree and prepare graduates for a fuller life, promotion or ownership.
