Step 2: Submit a Student Information Form

EMCC has an open admission* policy. All new and returning students (those who were not enrolled in the previous semester) may begin the enrollment process by submitting information requested on the Student Information Form (SIF). Students may submit a SIF one of the following ways:

  • Online:  Complete the SIF online at My.Maricopa.edu
  • In Person:  Complete SIF in person through Enrollment Services – Komatke Hall B
  • Phone:  Complete SIF via phone by calling Enrollment Services at 623.935.8888

*Students under age 18 who have not graduated from High School and do not have a GED need to go through Special Admissions to enroll. Call 623.935.8888 for information.
