Teacher Education 101

This event is held every fall semester to inform students about courses, degree programs, transfer options, and financial aid at Estrella Mountain as well as at our university partners.

EMCC and each university partner provide a short presentation. Each presentation includes:

• Course work and degree transfer
• Cost per hour/semester
• Course delivery options (traditional, hybrid, online)
• Program offerings (elementary, secondary, early childhood, special education)
• Degree programs (Associate in Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, Post-Baccalaureate)
• Financial aid and Scholarships

Following the presentations, each educational institution has a table with at least one representative available for students to ask specific questions, get additional information, and schedule individual appointments.

This event is a two hour evening orientation held every fall semester to inform students and community members about courses, degree programs, transfer options, and financial aid at Estrella Mountain as well as at our university partners.
