College Trainers
The SIS Training Team is responsible for the development and delivery of effective training for the New Student System. The New Student System training team is comprised of both district-based and college-based trainers. These trainers represent SIS functional areas (curriculum/academic advisement, admissions, student records, student financials, and financial aid), and faculty.

Instructions to View Self Help Demonstrations: "RoboDemos"
Functional Segment Review process movies are available for viewing via the web. It is recommended that Internet Explorer be used for optimal results. To access the "RoboDemos" go to the new Student System website at http://www.maricopa.edu/nss. Scroll down the left side of the screen, click on the plus (+) sign next to each label:
1. EASIS Plus
2. Self Help Demonstrations
3. Choose the" Instructions to View Self Help Demonstrations" or one of the seven functional segments.

Steps to follow in order to receive an EASIS Plus account:
1) Please read the steps that must be completed according to the Welcome Letter which you can click here to view.
2) Authorized users need to complete the FERPA tutorial which can be found at http://www.dist.maricopa.edu/legal/ferpa/
3) Print a copy of the Security Statement , sign it, and return it to Barbara Boros, EMCC SIS Security Administrator.
4) Your manager must complete the Information Technology Action Form and send it to Barbara Boros. Your EASIS Plus account will be activated in approximately three (3) days.
