On
July 26, 2005, the Maricopa Community Colleges Governing
Board awarded Orcutt
Winslow and Modular
Technology the contract to design and build a
new classroom complex at Estrella Mountain Community
College. This state of the art classroom complex will
allow the college to provide West Valley citizens
increased access to education, job training, and will
include technology integration. The "Ocotillo
Hall" classroom complex, is the first capital
project as a result of Prop 401, classes opened in
January 2006.
