The Maricopa Community Colleges are the single largest provider of workforce development and job training in Arizona. As an active participant in the Center for Workforce Development - Occupational Master Plan Process, Estrella Mountain understands that to keep up with emerging workforce needs, it must continue to monitor and adjust to developing trends. The college's recently updated Facilities Master Plan provides for additional occupational programs facilities with classrooms, labs and flexible learning spaces, along with allied health, fine arts, culinary studies, physical fitness and specialized workforce training spaces and an expanded and remodeled SouthWest Skill Center with new occupational training classrooms.
