Come in and take the Kuder assessment to help you identify or validate your career path. The information will help guide you with your education, financial aid and life planning.

(4) Tips for Math Success-Thursday, March 8th - 1:00p-2:00p. Do you struggle with math? Visit us for a discussion on how to improve your strategies for success and reduce some anxiety.

Do you feel overwhelmed and ready to pull your hair out? Join this discussion and learn options and exercises for coping with anxiety.

(5) Time Management - Monday, March 5th 12:00 - 1:00p. Does it seem like you can never get anything done? Do you find yourself running amok? Join this workshop to discuss some strategies and methods to improve your time management.

(7) Eating Disorders - Monday, March 26th 12:00p - 1:00p. Do you or someone you care about suffer from negative body image issues, poor self-esteem and/or excessive or restrictive eating habits? Come and learn about the signs and symptoms of eating disorders, effective coping strategies, and relevant resources that can help.

(10) To "No" is to Know-Thursday, March 22nd 1:00p-2:00p. It's easy to get caught up in always doing for others, and "No" can be a difficult word for many to say. Attend this session and learn about techniques and ways to create boundaries for you, with others, and about how to move from passive to assertive behavior. .

(12) Positive Well-Being-Thursday, March 29th 12:00-1:00p. This workshop focuses on positive areas which enhance well-being, such as optimism, happiness, gratitude, forgiveness.

(14) Inter-Cultural Communication-Monday, April 2nd 12:00-1:00p. This workshop provides information and helpful tips for communication across cultures. It focuses on the influence of culture in communication and how to give and receive feedback.
