others, and "No" can be a difficult word for many to say. Attend this
session and learn about techniques and ways to create boundaries for
you, with others, and about how to move from passive to assertive
behavior. .

March 29th 12:00-1:00p. This workshop focuses on positive areas which
enhance well-being, such as optimism, happiness, gratitude, forgiveness.

12:00-1:00p. This workshop provides information and helpful tips for
communication across cultures. It focuses on the influence of culture
in communication and how to give and receive feedback.
